Kent Homechoice is the partnership between local authorities and housing associations that provide social and affordable housing in Kent.
There's a high demand for social housing and those who have the highest housing need have the best chance of getting a home this way.

- Make an application
What happens next
Your local council will give your application a banding, which will show how much priority you'll be given. You will also be allowed to start bidding on homes.
Homes will be advertised daily for at least five days. Check Kent Homechoice daily for the best chance of finding your new home.

- Follow the instructions to place a bid
