When you live in one of our homes we'll always advise you to pay a little extra on top of your normal rent. This helps build credit on your account which you can use if your circumstances ever change.

We usually charge your rent and charges either weekly on a Monday, or monthly on the first of every month. If you want to view your charges, see your balance or statements you can do this in My Account.

If you find that you can't pay your rent or charges then the best thing to do is to speak to us.
