Changes to our repairs service (COVID-19)

We're carrying out routine repairs as normal.

As government guidance previously meant we could only carry out emergency repairs, we’ve got a backlog to go through and we’ll start with these.

How to book a repair

Report your repair online in My Account. For the most common repairs you can choose an appointment time and even change it in your 'Repairs history' if you need to. Don’t have My AccountRegister now - you’ll need your tenancy reference number.

Or call us on 01634 565333. The phone lines might be busier than normal due to coronavirus, so please be patient. There’ll also be longer wait times to get your repair done as we deal with outstanding repairs, but please bear with us.
