You can report a repair using our new My Account service. It'll take about five minutes.

For the most common repairs, you can book and manage your appointment.

Log in to My Account and choose 'book a repair' in the menu.

Emergency repairs

First, check if your repair is an emergency.

We'll attend to an emergency repair within 24 hours to make sure that there is no danger to residents or serious damage to property.

Where more repair work is necessary, we'll arrange a follow-up visit to complete the repair.

Boilers, radiators, gas and hot water

Liberty Gas do all repairs to your central heating system including boilers, radiators and gas supply. Call Liberty Gas on 0330 3338 397 if you have any problem with these.

Buildings less than one year old

We call these repairs 'defects'. If your home was built within the last year, the easiest way to report a defect is through our report a defect form.
