We'll attend to an emergency repair within 24 hours to make sure that there is no danger to residents or serious damage to property.
These are emergencies:
- I have no water
- I have no electricity
- I have a major leak or an upsurge of water
- I have water leaking onto electrics
- I can't secure my property
- I have exposed wiring or sparking sockets
- My carbon monoxide or smoke alarm is beeping
If your repair isn't an emergency, please report your repair online in My Account. For the most common repairs you can choose an appointment time and even change it in your 'Repairs history' if you need to.

If you smell gas or detect carbon monoxide (CO)
Call the National Gas Emergency Helpline immediately on 0800 111 999.
