If you smell gas or carbon monoxide (CO)

Contact Liberty Gas for all repairs to your central heating. This includes boilers, radiators, gas and hot water supply.

Time to repair

If your boiler has broken down with total loss of heating or hot water

Liberty Gas will attend within:

  • 24 hours - under normal circumstances
  • Four hours - if you are a vulnerable or elderly person

They'll either repair the problem straight away or they'll arrange another appointment to fit the parts needed to fix the issue.

Non-emergency repairs

For all other boiler, radiator, gas and hot water repairs here's what you can expect:
