Our first 14 homes at Ebbsfleet Garden City are now available through shared ownership.
We’re providing 96 homes there in total, which are part of the 900 homes that Redrow are building as part of their flagship scheme, Ebbsfleet Plaza.
We’ll be providing a mixture of two bedroom apartments and three bedroom homes; 51 for shared ownership, 45 for affordable rent. They’re being released in phases, with the next phase expected to be ready in summer this year.
Ebbsfleet Garden City will offer 15,000 homes in total and seven new city parks over the next 15 years.

The homes will be close to Ebbsfleet International station and Bluewater shopping centre.
