Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. It’s important to us that we hear from them, and they have a way of influencing what we do. This is why we’re looking for a Tenant Board Member to join our Heart of Medway Board.
Being our Tenant Board Member is an exciting opportunity. You’ll be at the heart of our strategic decision-making process and able to challenge us, put your ideas forward, and to help shape our future.
The role is for three years, starting from our meeting on 11 November 2021. Over those three years, you’ll get training, expand your skills and knowledge, and we’ll support you all the way.

This is a part-time role with an estimated commitment of 1-2 days per month. You'll receive a fee for £1,750 per year and we’ll reimburse your expenses for things like travel to meetings.

Please note, we're unable to accept applications from mhs homes customers - you must be a Heart of Medway customer. To check if you are eligible, take a look at your tenancy agreement which will specify which one you fall under.
You also must be a named tenant on your tenancy agreement to apply. We cannot accept applications from household occupants who are not named on the agreement.
