Customer drop-in and estate walkabout

Customer Drop-in | 9:30-11:30am

There's no need to book. Just pop in to The ABC Community Centre, 13-14 Mercury Close on Tuesday 14 March at any time between 9:30am-11:30am and talk to us about anything related to your home or tenancy, including:

• How to manage your tenancy online using My Account
• Paying your rent and charges including how to set up a Direct Debit with us
• Questions about your neighbourhood and estate
• Guidance on your money, bills, and energy over the winter months
• Aids and adaptations to your home
• If you feel you need any support

We're here to support you and our trained Customer Team will be happy to help with your query, no matter how big or small.

Pest related problems and guidance

At this drop in session our contractor, Beaver Pest Control, will be joining us.

You can talk to them about any pest related problems and ask for guidance. They'll be bringing along some training material to help identify any pests and what causes them. They can work with you to help prevent any pests in your home.

Estate Walkabout | 11:30am-3pm

We'll be walking about your estate to check for things such as flytipping, parking or abandoned vehicles, graffiti, communal areas and play areas. If we spot any issues we'll report them back to the relevant department.
