When you live in one of our homes we'll always advise you to pay a little extra on top of your normal rent. This helps build credit on your account which you can use if your circumstances ever change.

We'll take rent payments from your account every Monday.

If you find that you can't pay your rent or charges then the best thing to do is to speak to us.

How to pay into your account

We recommend that you pay by Direct DebitOver 75% of people pay their bills by Direct Debit, and you're protected by the Direct Debit guarantee. You can easily set one up in My Account, by post or by phone.

You can also top up your account with a one-off payment using My Account or by our automated payment phone line on 01634 565333.
