Find a shared ownership home

Shared ownership is a great way to get yourself on the property ladder. You'll own a percentage (share) of your home and pay rent to us on the rest. We have more information and advice on how shared ownership works.

We have some fantastic new build shared ownership homes being built in Medway and Kent.

We have resale shared ownership homes too. This is where a current shared owner has put their home up for sale, you have to buy at least the share that the seller owns.
