Lenham, Maidstone

All current phases of our flagship development at Lenham, Maidstone development have been completed. 

We provided 122 new houses and apartments including affordable and social rent, shared ownership and private rent rent homes. The homes were completed in September 2022.

The homes are built to a high specification and have plenty of living space. They include car charging points and solar panels on the roofs. The development will boast its own play area, meaning the local children won't need to stray far to blow off some steam.

Shared ownership homes - Lenham Springs - Now all reserved

A mixture of two and three bedroom shared ownership houses were completed and sold in late October. All of these properties boast modern fitted bathrooms and kitchens, along with integrated appliances - not to mention a downstairs toilet and en-suite for the master bedroom. Those features along with two parking spaces and a private garden make them a great option as a family home.

Two bedroom homes (currently none available)

  • Semi-detached homes are priced at £367,000. A 35% share will cost £128,450 with a mortgage and leave £546.68 to pay in rent each month.
  • Detached homes are £373,000. A 35% share will cost £130,550 with a deposit and mortgage. This leaves £555.61 to pay in rent each month. 

Three bedroom homes (currently none available)

  • Detached properties available with market values of £440,000. A 35% can be acquired by a mortgage and deposit for £154,000 which would leave £655.42 to pay in rent each month.
  • Semi-detached and one end of terrace are available at a lower price of £414,000. You can buy a 35% share of this home with a deposit and mortgage for £144,990. Your rent would be £616.69 rent a month.

Private rent homes

All of our spacious and modern four bedroom houses and apartments for private rent have now been reserved

Four bedroom houses

The kitchens and diners runs from the front to the back of the properties creating a fantastic family living space. The kitchens are well equipped providing plenty of storage cupboards and includes a dishwasher, hob, oven. There are separate utility rooms with sinks and washing machines. The utility room leads out to the back garden.

There are downstairs toilets and a large, light lounges that run from the front to back of the properties with patio doors that open onto the back gardens. Upstairs are four good sized bedrooms and the master bedrooms have an en-suite. 

The properties have good sized lawn gardens to the rear, with side access gates. At the front of the homes are blocked paved driveways, plus there are double detached garages with rear access into the back gardens. There are also outside water taps and electric vehicle charging points.

Modern and spacious apartments with a choice of first or second floors, all benefitting from open plan living. The bedroom/s and bathrooms are of good size and fully carpeted, the master bedroom in the two bedroom apartments comes with an ensuite. 

All apartments have fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven. Plus lots of kitchen units for storage.

Affordable rent homes

A mixture of flats and houses are reserved for affordable rent through Kent Homechoice. 

All of the affordable rent properties will be equipped with solar panels, which contribute to the impressive EPC B rating – three ratings above the minimum requirement.


The development is next to the train station on the outskirts of the charming, historic market village of Lenham. It’s a semi-rural location within walking distance of village shops and amenities. A five-minute walk to Lenham train station, followed by a 15-minute train journey will get you into the centre of Maidstone. Or in little over an hour, you can get yourself into the capital by train via Ashford, where there's a direct service to London St Pancras. St Pancras is also home to Eurostar connecting you to Paris, Brussels and beyond. The development is easily reached by car too; just a few minutes off of the M20.
